How this tool works

Built for the counselling team — simple at the field, powerful at the office.

1

📱 Capture on the spot — even offline No network at the field? No problem. Every soul is saved on the phone the moment you tap SAVE — names, phone number, gender, address, prayer request.

2

☁️ Everything compiles into one central dump The instant a phone gets internet, its entries flow automatically into one secure central register. No Google Sheet stress, no add-ons, no copying — it just happens. Duplicates are blocked automatically.

3

💬 Bulk-SMS follow-up in one tap The leader's dashboard shows the live count of souls and downloads a ready-made phone-number CSV that plugs straight into any bulk-SMS service for follow-up messages.

How this works

Every entry is saved on this phone first — capture souls even with no network.
When internet returns, entries flow into the central dump the leader set up — no Google Sheet, no extra apps.
The leader watches totals live and downloads the bulk-SMS CSV anytime.

Full details: see SETUP-GUIDE.md shipped with the app files.

🎓 Training mode & data lock

Practice mode for training volunteers. While ON, everything captured is marked as practice data and can be wiped in one tap — without touching any real record.

🔒 After the crusade starts (Nov 12, 4:00 PM), deleting is permanently disabled — on phones and in the central dump. Real data can never be erased.
